Pros

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder….but I really like the style of the Venetian crib. The curves are lovely, and the wood finish is very nice. The crib appears more expensive than it actually is.

Being JPMA certified, it passes all the safety tests. It’s sturdy and well put together, so it should last for quite awhile as long as it’s taken care off. The instructions are attached, and include diagrams and written instructions.

The black is a true black color and looks very nice. It’s very sturdy and more sturdy than some cribs I checked out at department stores. Some felt like you could move the front railing to easily but this is solid! It sits pretty low to the ground that even my 3 dachshunds can’t fit underneath….another plus.

Cons

The colors in the pictures may be deceiving, so that’s something to keep in mind when buying. It has 3 mattress levels as opposed to 4, which some other convertible cribs have. The rails have to be purchased separately, some cribs will include the toddler rail. It’s a heavier crib, which means it’s sturdy and well-constructed. However, it may be tough to move if necessary.
