The Sorelle Newport mini crib comes with a three-drawer chest and converts to a twin sized bed. The chest has three drawers, two shelves, and can be separated to stand on its own. The wood is a New Zealand Pine, and the color is merlot (burgundy). It’s JPMA certified and meets all US Consumer Product Safety Commission standards. The bed rails are sold separately. The dimensions are: 40″ H x 27″ W x 57; weighs 23 pounds.

Pros

Being a mini crib, the Sorelle Newport is ideal for smaller spaces, such as a parent’s bedroom. The chest drawers and shelves provide additional storage space for clothes, diapers, blankets, and other baby items. Finding storage space can be challenging. The chest can also detach from the crib, which allows you to place it wherever it fits best. It meets all the safety standards, so you can trust that your child will be safe. The crib has a nice, classic design and finish that will fit well in most rooms.

Cons

Pine has a tendency to scratch easily, and is more prone to dings/dents. Some customers noted that the crib arrived with dents in the wood.

Summary

If you have limited space, then the Sorelle Newport fits the bill. It’s sturdy, safe, comes with a changer, and has a nice look to it. The wood is prone to scratches.
